Switchly is an independent New Zealand broadband comparison and lead introduction service. We are not an internet provider.

What we collect

The address you select, the broadband availability result shown to you, your current provider and situation, and — if you choose to continue — your first name and mobile number.

How we use it

With your consent, we share your name, mobile number, address and availability details with our New Zealand broadband partner so a specialist can call or text you about broadband options for that address.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to access or correct the information we hold, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email privacy@switchly.co.nz.
